krznate....I have to disagree on the tax selling angle...IMO that is exactly what we are seeing...did the same thing last year as the chart will show..BTW I was there...Been here a LONNNNG Time..(LOL)but Jan & Feb took off VERY nicely....time frame on chart is Dec 1 to today....Simple
