Keeping investors in the dark is far superior to transparency in NEOM's case. PPS would immediately drop to zero if NEOM provided transparent, honest information for investors. That outcome would be devastating to YA Global as well as existing investors because another sucker would never be tempted to buy shares of NEOM.
