mlsoft, You do not believe that the majority of Palestinians want peace and are quite willing to accept Israel? I believe this to be the case BUT there is a real hardline group, less than 10%, that will not accept any existence of Israel. I would guess that now there is a similar group in Israel against the Palestinians. This makes the problem impossible. How can one get to a peace when every attempt is destroyed by violence? Zeev had some excellent thoughts quite a while back but how to get there? Sharon's hardline policies lead to nowhere. The Palestinian hardline policies also lead to nowhere. All the good people are caught in between.
