I generally agree with you Boxergirl - after the first big dump, it is rare to hit the prior high, although a bounce often comes close. The problem is, so many have been burned they want to bail as soon as the PPS recovers, especially those that bought at or near the prior high - that type selling pressure can only be overcome by the strongest tickers (or by a new and expensive promo).
