Yes, but the 87.7% came from the more tightly controlled computer based grading method using the proposed 9 point VH scale. I don't know how the proposed scale would map to the SUN/NEI system. Also linked in the paper was an abstract to a study done on the SUN VH scale. Intragrade concordance was middling at .53. Concordance within 1 grade improved to .75, but that represents half the scale range.
