guess there are as many reasons why there are more males in violent gangs than there are females,
as there are reasons why more minorities are in gangs than are whites .. but, how do you explain
the fact there are more Hispanics in gangs than blacks? .. even though racism against blacks
has been more rampant in the USA .. could one factor be because black skins are blacker?

"black men have become a hostile fringe element in society" - That is a classic example of racism: transfer what some do onto all of the same race/color. According to you, since young white males shoot up schools/theaters, all young white males are mass-murderers.
