There is NO reports coming out, the company filed a form 15 in 2008 so they dont have to file, the company never went inactive. The info posted recently is 5 years old, please take your time and do your DD.

There is nothing new going on with this company, the PPS usually moves on this range at least once a year, the company have never been inactive , you can check all their annual reports here...
