This is evident because he couldn't move it anymore even with consecutive so called "good" prs this week and volume was so-so! Continued relentless dilution will drop this pig. Scheer probably knew this ahead of time, hence the AS raised to 2b and an RS! He knew he would have to sell more and more shares at a lower pps and cap AS quick, then RS!
OS is likely around 700m, TA gagged and company will refuse to give you an update! Very fishy!
