gold, I have a position here still and hope like he'll I'm wrong but this takeover stuff is nonsense. The company stated they needed it to fund ongoing operations. Did I miss some PR that said there was a hostile takeover attempt. Short of that misinformation will do nothing for any of us. Time for shareholders to bite the bullet, and understand that most likely there will be some dilution coming. Some dilution wouldn't bother me as pennies need funding and most banks won't lend to them. I'd hate to see a promising company derailed by lack of funding so I will maintain my position through the dilution because I think this company could be something in the future.
Having said that, as much as some hate Pitmans posts, he's right. This company could go down the road as just another dilution machine. Or they could fail to make money. It happens to businesses every day. The meeting and future business plan will be critical. We need to see what the plans are. Throwing more money into this currently could be very foolish. I'd rather chase a little with the money I didn't throw away before 3billion shares hit the market.
