EC- From my understanding of the comments, I think some folks are talking about MM manipulation while others are referring to the nature of OTC trading. Generally, I disagree with the former and side with the latter- where an MM posts 36,500 shares on the ask, a buyer hits the ask for 36,500 shares, but the 36,500 shares remains. (This occurred today)

I don't have to like this scenario, but once delisted to this market, I knew this type of activity was to be expected.

Thanks EC. However, isn't it still true that the MMs execute the actual transactions and may control those transactions?

Case in point - I am bidding for 10,000 shares at .10 and MMs fill someone at .09? This is an example but has happened to me countless times. We are also hearing reports that shares on ask will not be filled even when order submitted is a perfect match to what is offered on ask.

If this was true 'execute the retail trades' action by MMs would we see this take place? I don't think so. What's your take?

(As an aside - I'm not typically one to subscribe to MM manipulation, conspiracy theories, etc - but my first hand experience trading UWBKQ has been strange to say the least. As another note, I have plenty of experience trading illiquid penny stocks...and that doesnt match up with this trading either.)

Thank you.

Finally, another person who lives in reality here.
