That is key to reversals. There is probably a better combo on the MACD, that is my interpretation. All I use it for is an educational tool for understanding how the markets work. Well, used to work before down wasn't allowed any more. The problem is housing is turning over... That is the media story about the recovery, but the Fed Gov resigning who was in charge of housing, says they are in panic mode.
