I do remember Doree mentioning, should they do a r/s anything under a penny you'll be fine. I do remember him talking about them needing to raise money and dilution was talked about then the r/s was talked about.

Agreed, we need more transparency and updates from the company...why is this so hard? No one wants to work for there money anymore, everyone wants the quick easy buck, thats how I feel about DRGV peeps at this point..
