dalek: Whenever you have a question regarding anything to do w/ GnF, there's a good chance somebody else already asked it. Just go to their FAQ link,

and click on the last link, "Launch Browser Toolbar". In there just type in your search word/phrase. In this case, I typed in, "how long is "on order"". The top "answer" came up...

Question:
How long does a movie that is on order take to come in? What is the process?

Solution:
Normally, items that are on order will take 30 days to get from our distributor. However, if the item is older, or if it has stopped being made, those items take a little longer to receive in. If you place a Fullscreen item on your queue and it shows on order, try adding the Widescreen version. We are trying to only stock the Widescreen items, so Full Screens are ordered items.
