Important! Real info from Ed Salmon: I've emailed with him and he has been told verbally FINRA pushed the divy record date back to 7/22/13. Then I asked him what date I'd need to buy (due to the divy rules), I suggested the 17th, he agreed that would be the safest date to buy by... but to ask my broker to be absolutely sure. He will release a PR as soon as he gets this info from FINRA in writing.


In other words, have your shares by the 17th! VDSC will be huge!!
