On that same note, if this same patent has been pending since 2009 if there were competing patents with more up to date technology doing the same thing I suspect DUTV's patent would have been rejected by now.
There is the question about clients and connections that DUTV has been publically asserting now all seemingly coming together around technological advances in IP delivery that coincide directly with the technology that DUTV claims to have.
It would be a coincidence almost to great to imagine if DUTV does not really have some skin in the game.
think the current push on patents is in the nanotech field, even so years in the process of gaining approval....PO has a backlog. Rules change and rush to get onboard helped create a jam imo.
