I know just enough to be dangerous about this stuff. At least flash memory is real and shipping in big volumes. After 2 years of hype, MRAM hasn't seemed to get out of the vaporware stage. Some of these technologies are like a curve asymptopically approaching a limit. They can get infinitely close but never actually get there.
