Good thinking. FTG's may be important to futher ERHE bargaining, or maybe the JV wants a FTG? A positive FTG can only solidify the agreement with a JV.

...we don,t know !! ...either the are sure enough to have enough money on their own...or it,s already a part of the coming deal....i can,t imagine they jump in the water and don,t know how deep it is !!!
...to me they are smart and safe ..on their way of moving ...
please think about that the secracy of the new partner has a reason ...might( i guess) be in connection with JDZ and or EEZ ....this oilbusiness is a big pokergame.
