This history certainly does not reflect well on the competence of Kenneth Ash. Then again, the language used in his communications indicated that long ago.
Sidewinder Resources, Inc., IDCN's re-named corporation, has again been administratively dissolved by the Wyoming Secretary of State. This time it is for for failure to pay the $50 license/taxe due. The last time it was because the RA quit.
Coincidentally, the dissolution just happened today so someone will probably contact Ash and remind him to pay the $50 tax so the corporation can be reinstated to active status.
