I agree with you. However, If you go back any length of time on this board you will find plenty of posts concerning this issue. GZ is already aware of this issue and has the new site ready to go after the holidays. Nothing is going to be done about it before then. Everyone knows the current site isn't the best but, everyone also knows the new site is coming soon. Let's move onto a topic that hasn't been discussed every hour for the past year.

I think you may be missing the point. Complaining about it will not change what it is. They were advised not to release the new site during the holidays which is understandable. Rushing it could have caused many problems imo. Once they do release it (which should be very soon) this is what they will have done to it.

They are upgrading the website and they are concentrating on usability.

They are separating each segment, DVDs/ Gamez .

They are also separating each platform within "Gamez" / X-BOX / X-BOX 360 / Playstation / Playstation 2 / etc..

They are doing a complete makeover of the DVD Section/

They are Improving the Search Engine to make it more robust/find titles you look for faster than ever before /

They are completely rewriting the "Suggested Titles" program / Cross promotion within the site

The Website has the server capacity to handle growth, and infrastructure is effective therefore it will not be changed.

Try finding 40 Year Old Virgin on a general search of gamesznflix

I guess you mean to ignore the two places where it appears on the home page and do the search anyway?

It would appear that since it appears as a new release on the home page that it is not yet flagged for the search engine.

However, if you search "Virgin" you get 24 movies.

If you search "40" you get 35 movies.

If you search "Year" you get 169 movies.

If you search "Old" you get 379 movies.

Fot that need of a minor update of the libreary we have to create an entire new website? I don't think so.

I think updating the library to the search engine a little more often might work. However, in your example a person would also have to ignore the fact that 2nd and 7th items featured on the home page is their choice and do a search anyway.
