yes, but this is before they found the new tape where he has stated that he knew all about the pay offs that were involved to the cops etc.. and that it was normal everyday practice with newspapers etc... .. so after they heard that tape that came out last week, (I'm pretty sure Fuagf posted it) ... .. the court wants to talk to him again! .... what a crooked jerk he is ..
