www.myecheckinc.com existed before, and when www.myecheck.com recently came into existence, www.myecheckinc.com resolved to www.myecheck.com. I saw this earlier this year.
has a post that lists www.myecheckcorporate.com and www.myecheck.com as then-current URLs for the company.
Earlier this year www.myecheckinc.com seemed to be current, and then www.myecheck.com seemed to come into re-existence, as www.myecheckinc.com resolved to www.myecheck.com. I saw this myself when I first started following myecheck.

www.myecheckcorporate.com and www.myecheckinc.com both show (different) "coming soon" pages, so that could mean that both are now dead ... unless someone has personal knowledge that is current that www.myecheckinc.com is going to be used again.
Frankly, I think it makes more sense that www.myecheck.com would be the new one, since it is the most obvious URL to type if you are guessing, and it is shorter and thus easier to type, and it is more eye-catching and to the point.
