I didn't get you.

Somebody posted that news and it got deleted. So I posted it on his behalf.

The news if for people to read. It is relevant to Fannie and Freddie. Its not meant to 'bother' the stock.

I am not IN at the moment. I sold the pop this AM. I will buy again later on my own criteria. Good luck.

P.S. The news is 'positive' by the way.

This is lawsuit is really against the conservatorship and the fact that FnF needs to be released back to the private sector. At that point FnF can maintain its financial obligations and pay into the trust funds as promised. This adds pressure to the Govt and is definitely not a bad thing for us IMO.

“Winning this lawsuit would yield the largest new investment in low-income affordable housing in over 30 years,” said Rachel LaForest, executive director of Right to the City Alliance, a political advocacy group that is a co-plaintiff.

a drop in the bucket for FnF and another win win scenario in our favor

Fannie and Freddie were required to set aside 0.04% of every dollar in new mortgage purchases for the trust funds, which would have amounted to less than $500 million last year, according to the lawsuit.
