WRONG! There are 56MM Series E Shares owned by WSRA, there are another 100Mm that were added to the Share Amendment from 2012, that was announced in 2013, along with 2B Common Shares.
WSRA owned 60MM Series E Shares, they sold 4MM to a poster on this board for $50K. Those 4MM Shares were then DUMPED back in after they were converted to 60MM Common Shares. WSRA still owns a boatload of Series E Shares that convert at a 15:1 ratio.
Those are the shares I would go out and buy, they take precedence over ALL Common Share transactions as well!
