actually many have looked for selling opportunities and found them. Take for example the short sellers. They sold from June 20 to June 25 substantially.
But they have not found many buying opportunities to cover...and they likely won't.
Not when the LOI conclusion can be announced at anytime on any day.
If there's a partner in Kenya with carries and approx. $35 million as Africa Oil has done, then look out. On that day, the share price will rocket so fast that the shorts will never get out in time...but they won't be able to claim they never saw it coming...because I did tell them.
