If the Judge had ordered specific performance, it would have been settled just as quick, or even quicker. Did he have jurisdiction to do that? Well one party to the APA was missing.. MP.
Much better that it be filed in Federal court..but enough of "what might have been.." It happened as it happened, nothing much can be done about it now..
But EDGE and them bragging about what a great deal they got for the shareholders... LOL!!
