I think you can buy the aluminum squares (Fins) for the pipe in forced hot water baseboard heating for 3/4 and 1/2 copper... I think I remember seeing them at a Home depot in the Northeast... Not here in Florida though... Up there you can probably buy the pipe with the fins already on it....
