LGJ imthink you miss the markman ruling. I dont believe It says Ram can't be present. The actual ruling from my memory is that FLASH memory is the sole memory to store the processed sound electrical signals. Her ruling does not say no Ram in the entire device. I think maybe we all need to reread her ruling. I don't remember the actual ruling saying no ram in the device at all.
Her ruling to me allows RAM as it didnt limit ram in the device. Just not for storing the processed electrical signals. Any of the devices that used ram to store the processed electrical audio in their devices ther for would not have infringed.
I also need to reread the actual ruling. Will do it later.
