This is not the first confirmed contract with revenue figures vper has put out. They have put out quite a few of these in the last couple years and not a dime has come from them...I am cautiously optimistic but not sold yet...Too many signed contracts and over inflated estimated revenue projections that never produced anything at all lower my expectations. VPER is very hard to believe and VPER is just like the boy who cried wolf...
