I agree with everything you said. Facts are that they have already sent a team to prep the site which may take a week or 2. I doubt they would send a team up to do this without being sure the permit was immanent.
It may be another week or 2 in my opinion and we will have that permit and a working mine.
nbri mining better happen very quick cause that gold price will see be lower then the cost to mine.Please don't try and snow me with a 750 oz cost for ruby.Open pits in California are at about 900 dollars per oz cost.You have a underground mine were they don't really know were the pay strikes are.Like Brush said, the pay strikes were very un-even and a expensive drilling program was needed......good luck guys but as gold falls micr golds are going to get roasted...........imo...imo
