I never met him but I believe Kramer was a pretty smart guy. He did lose it near the end but that doesn't change that TMM was still dependant on the Iterated codecs and patents.
As for the issues of non-payment, contract cancellation, no help from the BK filings, I'm not making anything up. I'm referring to actual legal signed documents. You'll need to go to the California court to see the BK filings and come here to Vegas to see the current case filings but its all there. I'm not giving you my word about these cancellations, I'm repeating what Iterated wrote directly to TMM.
