Zenus, this myth about the magical TMM enhancements is just that, a myth. Why do you say it needs this mythical help to work? Dimension has the two guys who WROTE almost all the Iterated patents and their technology, why would they need that old TMM cdrom crap?
TMM does say they own the VDK 1.0-1.4 code based on the March 1993 contract. Yes it says that but it also calls for payments to enforce it that TMM didn't make, hence the April 1993 contract replacing it that does not say TMM owns anything, they just get licensing rights but still have to make payments. You know how that turned out. They had some limited success but that luck ran out and then BK came and after that the 1996 contract came and more non-payments. So if you ask what TMM's core competency is, its non-payment. How many of the past 17 years has TMM been suspended? A lot of them. Not that that ever slowed Fernandez down from bilking investors.
If you read the 1996 contract and the BK filings you will find out that this is all covered in them. No magical protection hiding there, its all spelled out.
