Well I am not crunching numbers either. It is no fun. But I have and there is a lot more to it than "Cocoons/ Spin/ SALE"

It is more like
eggs/ a place to make cocoons/cocoons/a place to process cocoons/ process cocoons/a place to spin processed cocoons(SSM)/SALE

IMO the bold above is complete. Kim is trying to get the others complete. It would be best if everything between Eggs and SSM were done in one location. That would be a pretty large facility and quite expensive. He could buy a place for each operation or, buy one and JV the other etc etc etc.

That amount of time is not being taken into consideration.
The S-1 Kim needs to do MUST happen before these things can happen unless he uses CSC and dilute with common shares.

I am willing to wait but I am a trader so I will take advantage of the insecurity breeding here.

IMO Kim has news but not what everyone wants yet. The only thing that could change that would be if the partner gave Kim the OK to break the NDA and then we could hear a LoI PR.
