Right now we appear to be that 1% !! No money, no partner and not moving forward. I suppose it could get worst but the market is saying currently that the loi is not imminent !
I think the worst scenario for me already happened. If running off some of the best technical partners in the world, ending up with one of the worst in SNP and, as a result, not finding one drop of oil when drilling 5 wells in the JDZ is not the worst case scenario, what is? Although I've always liked the potential of the EEZ it appears to be going no where fast. As far as I am concerned Kenya is the consolation prize and Chad is the booby prize.
