No, TMM does not own VDK 1.0-1.4, according to the letters from the Iterated lawyers and the 1996 contracts that wiped out those prior rights WITH TMM's signed approval. You are parroting what you have heard from your buddies Fernandez and Simpson but its all BS. That boasing is great on the boards but once you get in court the judge wants to see actual valid documents. That's not good news for TMM.
