Krom... maybe you missed it, but HDY recently did a 1:8 reverse split, so their total shares outstanding is now approximately 21M, and with a share price at $3.76, the market cap is $78.8M, not a half billion dollars.

that's because erhe has not been careful with shareholders' monies. they have had to issue way more stock than HDY and have done less with it.
