IMO the selling is perfectly understandable. There is a certain type of investor who regards the fact that SIAF did not immediately secure a bond issue to a single institutional investor or group of investors as a sign of failure. They believe that those institutional investors are more acute tnan they are themselves and see something that we don't, which is rubbish. The fact is SIAF is an almost unknown business, and institutional types are nothing if not prim and proper. It is not at all surprising that SIAF is going to have to sort of free-lance this offering, but that means nothing about the security, reliability, and transparency of the company.
A selloff by a bunch of idiots who are afraid to see with their own eyes reflects only on those doing the selling. To regard that selling as an act of significance repeats the error of the seller.
