YGRENE UNVEILS NEW REFERRAL AGENT PROGRAM
Today Ygrene officially unveiled a new program created to incentivize members of the real estate and greater communities to generate business for Ygrene Certified Contractors. The Ygrene Referral Agent program will amplify the already substantial impact that Ygrene financing is having on the communities where it has been adopted.
Ygrene Referral Agents can be anyone: real estate professionals, architects, energy auditors, attorneys -- even engaged citizens. Agents will receive a promotional double commission of 1% on project applications submitted through October 31, 2013; beginning November 1, commission rates will normalize at 0.5%. With the company's plan to finance more than $100M in projects in the coming year, the Ygrene Referral Agent program represents more than $1M in potential commissions available.
Training is not required to participate in the Ygrene Referral Agent program. Webinars are available, however, for those who wish to learn more about how to get the most out of the program.

STRONG SALES MOMENTUM FOR CLEAN ENERGY PROGRAMS
We're excited to see strong momentum building around Ygrene's Clean Energy programs nationwide. As we announced today, Clean Energy Sacramento has closed $4.2M in project financing over the past 90 days, and has received more than $10M in pre-approved applications. The company also recently funded Florida's first PACE projects through Clean Energy Green Corridor and will open its doors in Atlanta, Georgia in the coming months.
