StewbieJay, I am referring to the current court case docs. Its all in there. Everything I have posted is directly from them. But as Phil has found out there are a lot of pages and some are copies that are hard to read. If he copied everything he will figure it out.
I have been at a refinery this morning/early afternoon. I just got on the internet and see that you and everyone else assumes anyone that doesn't have rose colored glasses on when it pertains to TMMI is me. I only post as 4retire. I have seen the documents and frackedup is correct. It's all in there. Phil will see it. What I thought was really strange is that in TMMI's first complaint they went after a Jeff Phillips who supposedly gave a stolen copy of the codec to Panik. In the amended complaint they completely dropped that.??????
Jay Happy 4 th of July I have read some in between games and all I can say is a lot all I can say is that they will keep trying to online to push these documents as being all there facts for owner ship I can see there was a lot of games being played with DFI DFMI and how things were being represented It is hard to follow any legal documents as there is so much crap After reading!!! In all honesty I am very comfortable with where TMMi is going and like I said I am not a lawyer but so far I would say let the this board be and if these guys want to use the board to push there case let them. Judge Ellsworth will decide when she does and it will all be finished. I am no longer feeling the need to be a cross examining lawyer here on a senseless board which in the end will mean zip squat!!! TMMI will succeed I am not going to play any more games with Bill or Fracked up I wish everyone the best with there investments and both Bill Fracked up and who ever else is pro Dementia know I have been to the courts from what I have stated so I will sleep with what I have and will keep my long term hold with TMMI.
