What dont you like about it? The font? the cover page? "Pretty" 10-Q filings arent a requirement that I can find for OTCQX upgrade.

You keep posting that they cant upgrade to QX because of the $.10 rule. I have posted links to the OTC site to show you several times that is only a requirement for QX US. QX International doesnt have that requirement.

Even if they did want to list as a US company rather than Canadian, all they would have to do is a reverse split.
