Hey Phil,that's funny as Hoyt was suppose to be this big money man and banker for DFMI,and Larry Panik had raised monies from people off siliconinvestor.com but sounds like they never intended on paying for a stolen codec.I wonder who Jeff Philips will be called for,the Defendants or Plaintiffs!Phil;Frackedup aka Bill never read the documents.He is only repeating what you have already reported,and the news that he reported last week about the lawyers was given to him from one of Panik's people....Frackedup shows out of no-where and says he read all the documents,but never posted anything.Now he seems to know everything.Really!

Phil, I think the Jeff Phillips affidavit has that story in it and TMM included it in the original complaint but dropped it in their amended complaint. DFMI got one copy of the code from Simpson in the court battle result and another more updated copy directly from MediaBin.
