Since I read all the filings I can tell you that Phil has already shared the highlights for TMM. Their new lawyer's wife had a baby, congrats to them and their other lawyer took a hard earned vacation, enabling TMM to get yet another delay and I heard they have asked for more delays to attend some conferences. Sounds like they are not in a hurry to get into court and get their butt kicked.
I am afraid Phil is crying at this moment , having been waiting for more than 1 years, and will probably wait for another 15 years just because of endless legal problem for this poor company, Well , how many 30 years does a man have ???
