Indeed that was the case w. Eon-Net, Cass.

Ultimately there is a comeuppance for this kind of business practice. It certainly engenders no good will for any "legitimate" development of product and services that edigital might offer some time in the future.

Having pared down what engineering staff might have existed and reduced the size of the corporate headquarters and parking lot, the likelihood of productive development is NIL, in my opinion.

The obvious purpose now is to simply create hope and excitement for the insiders and momo players. By now, they understand this company for exactly what is, and that is no longer a "small innovative tech company" building electronic prototypes in exchange for license fees.

Rembrandt IP Management is completely different than e.Digital.

As a matter of fact, they are as different as night and day. e.Digital Corporation is a small innovative tech company that owns a handful of patents in litigation called Flash-R™ patent portfolio whereas Rembrandt IP Management is a BIG GUN FOR HIRE. So, I'd say that's a huge difference. They are not in the same business at all. Rembrandt IP Management is composed of talented scientists, attorneys, licensing executives, and financial analysts. A team of professionals who are experienced in each of the areas critical to effectively commercializing infringed intellectual property.

Conclusion:
Rembrandt IP Management is a BIG GUN FOR HIRE, and e.Digital Corporation is a small innovative tech company trying to protect its Intellectual Property. Comparing e.Digital as being the same as Rembrandt IP Management is a far fetched notion at best, and that's being kind... in my opinion. You be the judge.
