De-listed companies on the OTC are never P&D's (ie, as they will still have legitimate management/ a legitimate BOD); I was not aware of this history (or forgot it) - thanks for the info. De-listed companies can have great runs on the OTC - some of my best plays this year include FNMA, AAMRQ and Kodak.
