Completly disagree and in fact you were proved totally wrong. Edig dropped most of the cases after that Markman ruling. Many of your claims made were also false regarding the details around the markman ruling. Also DM nor edig pushed for an appeal. Certainky they would have if the ruling was as bad as you state. The judge never contradicted herself and in fact she was very detailed in citing numerous case laws and other elements that supported her ruling. The marknman was well detailed and well supported with back-up facts and other case law.
