I can only guess you have been burned on this one. Sorry about that. Still, looking forward this is truly a great speculation.
13 years ago there did not exist personal devices with touch screens. Also, the WLGC predictive text tech is very good, but not good enough to switch for. However, this is not a predictive text technology - it is a predictive text/search technology across any database/application that companies/users can enable. All this with patent protection. Ergo it will be bought out, for several multiples over whatever the price is today.
Speculators once they grasp this will buy. I personally do not care about how the company is run now or previously. In my opinion this tiny IP concern will be gone soon having been bought by a tech giant. I speculate Google as they have the most to gain owning search and android and focused on winning the business space from MSFT who is slowly withering on the vine.
The domicile, exchange listing, and other past issues would be relevant if it was a potential investment. This is a short term speculation with an easy exit. As you are watching this board, you may already know this.
