With Ortiz recently submitting filings to OTC, one can only assume that the money spent to gather and sumbit filings was done with the intention to obtain current status. With current status we will be provided a current share account and at that time could very well be informed of any personel working with Ortiz (ie. Investor relations). All of what you have posted seems more like an attempt to implement a seed of doubt in investors than a factual statement IMO.
All of these accusations/statements can be addressed directly with the CEO as he holds Conference Calls with the public, any and all are welcome to join. Ill be sure to forward you the CC number to join the call for the next one, please be sure to join us so all of your "worries" may be put to rest from the big guy himself.
