Just like a game of chess, sometimes you only have one option to escape defeat and live to fight another day. Apparently, Elite now has the financing to start clinical trials by the end of this year. It could be a checkmate once clinical trials have been successfully completed with the FDA-approval. This would sure open the doors for Elite to more deals coming their way and to dictate the terms of any deals. Cheers!
That is hilarious. We all know the LPC deal blows the Socius deal away hands down. JT is the maestro. And to say Elite went with their only option is hilarious as well. The company publicly stated they were weighing several options including a revamped Socius option. To say otherwise, is to call JT a liar.
