We all have our opinions. I am sure you realize that many companies with a similar O/S have far exceeded copper city. Do some research. Not sure why you are so hard over on DSCR. The selling was killing off the original financing. They should be gone. A target of .01 is nothing. Many with NO ASSETS have done multiple pennies. But then you know that.
