I don't think he will prevail. Given the amount of companies he is trying to sue all at the same time. A red flag kinda goes up when you see something like that happen. Especially when he waits over a year to file it.
Maybe we should sue BA* for being down .50% today.., The likely timing of this Suit (being more than one year ago) and the fact he paid for it to be PR'd should make one's question the motive of claimed "investor". IMO
