FWIW, This was a pretty obvious attempt to let the old shareholders dump their shares at the market before the merger. They gave them till the end of the week and the minute it was up, they announced the merger.
Of course this is my opinion, but its quiet for weeks, suddenly the price collapses, shares trade like mad. Two HUGE T trades... Easy to see.
DSCR is cleaning house and preparing to do is right!!!
